Justin N. Guerrero, Sr. is the President and Founder of The J. Guerrero Group, Inc., a Texas-based business advisory and bookkeeping firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, small businesses, and growing organizations build strong financial foundations and achieve long-term success.

At just 17 years old, Justin founded what would eventually become The J. Guerrero Group in 2012. What began as a small bookkeeping practice serving local businesses steadily evolved into a trusted advisory firm providing bookkeeping, payroll administration, compliance services, business consulting, entity formation, operational development, and financial guidance to clients throughout Texas. In 2024, after more than a decade of growth and experience, the business was formally incorporated as The J. Guerrero Group, Inc.

Throughout his career, Justin has worked alongside business owners, accounting firms, and attorneys, gaining broad experience in financial operations, regulatory compliance, payroll administration, business formation, workers' compensation audits, sales tax reporting, and strategic business advisory services. His practical, hands-on approach has allowed him to assist businesses across a wide range of industries, including construction, professional services, healthcare, retail, hospitality, real estate, and nonprofit organizations.

Justin attended Texas A&M University–San Antonio, where he studied business while continuing to grow his company and serve clients. His professional philosophy has always centered on continuous learning, practical experience, and delivering real-world solutions that help business owners succeed.

Beyond his professional work, Justin is deeply committed to community service and volunteer leadership. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Casa Helotes Senior Center, supporting programs and services that enrich the lives of senior citizens throughout the community.

Justin has also been a dedicated volunteer with the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo since 2009. Over the course of more than seventeen years of service, he has contributed his time and leadership to one of Texas' most respected nonprofit organizations, helping support its mission of promoting agriculture, education, and youth development throughout Texas.

As both a business owner and community leader, Justin believes strongly in giving back to the organizations and causes that help strengthen local families and communities. His commitment to service extends beyond the office and reflects the same values that guide his work with clients every day: integrity, accountability, stewardship, and hard work.

Above all, Justin is a devoted husband and proud father of five sons. Family remains the driving force behind everything he does. The experiences of building a business, raising a family, and serving his community have shaped his belief that success is measured not only by professional achievement, but by the positive impact we leave on the people around us.

Today, Justin continues to lead The J. Guerrero Group while mentoring staff, developing professional training programs, and expanding the firm's advisory services. His mission remains the same as it was when he opened his doors at seventeen years old: provide honest guidance, exceptional service, and practical solutions that help clients build stronger businesses and brighter futures.
